For your convenience and also to help facilitate you obtaining helpful information and medical care, we are offering Virtual Consultations and Telemedicine, in general, for both cosmetic and insurance related issues.
Many issues can be evaluated reasonably online. This will allow you to obtain helpful information and may also facilitate you being able to proceed with surgery or other appropriate treatment soon once government restrictions are lifted.
Your initial Virtual Consultation will be with Dr. Turkeltaub.
Cosmetic:There is no charge for any cosmetic consultation or postoperative follow up.

Insurance:Due to the present COVID-19 pandemic, essentially all insurance companies are considering telemedicine (telehealth) consultations and visits to be equivalent to in office visits and they will be covered as such. Some may even waive your co-pay. Consequently, if this is your first interaction with our office, we will have you fill out the usual forms necessary in order to proceed (see below). If this is a follow-up visit, that is not necessary.

A member of our staff will contact you to schedule your virtual consultation once your information is submitted. If this is a follow-up, additional paperwork is not necessary.
Our staff can answer any questions that you may have regarding this process including the emailing of any relevant high resolution, close-up photos that are in focus (if relevant).
